May outing on Middle Teton

[ 0 ] May 20, 2010 |

Local Riders Jason and Michelle make an early morning outing in May to shred the Ellingwood Couloir on Middle Teton in Grand Teton National Park. The Ellingwood is a 1500 foot couloir that has a consistent 50 plus degree pitch. When we rode this couly the conditions were frozen, chundery, runnelled, and pretty much sh#t, so if you are wondering why we aren’t exactly “stomping” this thing, that is the reason.

After riding the Ellingwood, we rode the Cave Couloir which is shown in the last part if this video. We got the cave in buttery corn, which was much more fun.
