Dropping In: Going HUGE on Pucker Face

Last week, a bunch of friends assembled to mob multiple laps on the Pucker Face of Cody Peak. It was so good that it was impossible to move past it to some of the other lines on the mountain that were no doubt equally tasty.
Atop the face before lap #3, recent Summit Cty transplant, Jake Szarzec, asked me to keep an eye on him from a safe zone beneath Pucker’s huge skier’s right cliff. I was planning to ride the little notch chute that connects Pucker to the No Shadows zone, so no problem, I’d spot him and whip out the video camera for good measure. I assumed that he was gunning for a more modest line just right of the Pucker highway zone, but no, he was thinking $ shot all the way!
