Big Red opens Memorial Weekend
The Tram opens back up at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort this Memorial weekend for the summer. If you are a local it’s free until June 17th. If you have a season pass, it’s free all summer. With somewhere around 700 inches of snowfall this season along with a super wet and snowy spring, this weekend is going to be the most epic summer tram opening ever. Just don’t be a jackass and ski in bounds…you gotta go out the gates if you want to shred. There is something like a 15 foot high wall where they plowed the access road to the top of the tram. In addition to obliterating everyone else’s privilege to carry boards on the tram, this would make for quite the cat-track wipeout – in all probability way more spectacular than this classic:
