INTRODUCTION TO DIGITAL VIDEO

Course Description
In this course you will become familiar with the ins and outs of basic short video production using standard, HD, and DSLR video capturing devices. The focus is to provide the knowledge necessary to construct a project from concept to completion utilizing the tools available. You will learn project management, shooting techniques, recording audio, media transcoding, creating titles, and editing. This course will guide you through the entire process so you too can be a filmmaker. Three teachers will cover the various popular forms of video media and production. Video equipment will be available in class.
